WHAT THEY NEEDED:
Korn Ferry Advance is a career management website and app for B2B/B2C users. One of the platform’s features is a self-guided L&D tool called Journeys; this specific Journey measures users’ learning agility.
WHAT I WROTE:
Korn Ferry Advance’s users were primarily early/mid-career, and engagement data showed they favored mobile apps over the desktop experience.
I developed an outline after working with subject matter experts, then wrote all copy and worked with UX designers on layouts.
