I helped create the mobile-first content for the Journey that shows users how to improve their sales and communication skills.
WHAT I WROTE:
Learning and development content, especially for Millennial and Gen Z users, should be short and easily digestible to maximize retention and engagement.
My copy and layout reflect these users’ preferred methods of achieving growth.
