WHAT THEY NEEDED:
Korn Ferry Advance is Korn Ferry’s B2B/B2C career management platform (desktop and mobile app). It features a tool called Journeys, which are user-guided paths of learning and professional development.
I worked with stakeholders, product managers, and the firm’s coaches to develop a Journey called the Impact of Coaching. Coaches are trained to provide additional insight into Korn Ferry tools, help users set goals and overcome challenges, and create personal success strategies.
WHAT I WROTE:
Engagement data showed that Korn Ferry Advance’s audience skewed younger and preferred to access the platform via the mobile app over their desktop/laptop.
This in mind, I developed copy and a layout that was concise, engaging, mobile-friendly, and focused on the benefits of coaches.
