WHAT THEY NEEDED:
Korn Ferry, a global career and workforce management company, was creating a series of user-guided professional learning and development tutorials called Journeys.
They wanted to make it as simple and educational as possible, yet still be able to address the career goals and challenges of both B2B and B2C users.
WHAT I WROTE:
I suggested that short, easily digestible pieces of content would work best for two reasons:
Data showed our users prefer mobile over desktop
Long blocks of text are less engaging and reduce retention
WHAT I ACHIEVED:
This was the first Journey we created and user engagement numbers were strong enough to justify creating more.
