CallFire, a B2B SaaS telecom solutions provider, wanted to show their customers how and why their texting is a more effective way to engage consumers than email is.
WHAT I WROTE:
An infographic is an easy way to visually communicate differences between two things; in this case, texting versus email.
I researched statistics about the effectiveness of texting versus email and calling in terms of customer engagement, then worked with graphic designers to create an easy-to-understand layout.
