Cornerstone OnDemand wanted a thought leadership infographic that demonstrated how offering perks to employees keeps them more engaged and drives organizational growth.

WHAT I WROTE:

I researched talent development and company culture statistics to write copy which:

  • Highlighted the “engagement epidemic”

  • Showed what employees want from managers and stakeholders

  • Made the business case for why companies should offer perks to improve performance.

WHAT I ACHIEVED:

This was used as a lead generation piece; I also wrote copy for the digital marketing ads, targeted LinkedIn posts, and the landing pages where our audience could download this infographic.
