I managed a survey campaign to see how four different customer groups used their legal consultation product, and to get their thoughts about potential add-ons:

WHAT I WROTE:

The email invited customers who chose not to renew their legal advice plan, but are still estate plan customers, to share what they liked and didn’t like via Typeform survey.
